Dimensional Announces Management Fee Reductions and Risk Rating Changes for Certain Funds
Dimensional is pleased to announce a reduction in management fees for 16 Canadian mutual funds, as set out in the table below.
We’ve highlighted below management fee reductions since 2019 on our Class F mutual funds and their respective percentage declines over the same period:

In addition, we are changing the risk ratings associated with the following funds, as set out below:
The risk rating changes are as a result of a determination by Dimensional in accordance with the risk classification methodology specified in National Instrument 81-102. No material changes have been made to the investment objectives or strategies of these funds. The standardized risk classification methodology used by Dimensional Canada ULC to identify the investment risk level of the funds within the Dimensional Funds is available on request by calling us collect at 604-685-1633, emailing us at [email protected], or writing to us at 745 Thurlow Street, Suite 2110, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6E 0C5.
These changes will be reflected in the renewal Simplified Prospectus and Fund Facts for the Dimensional Funds, which are expected to be filed on or about July 1, 2021.
