To meet the ever-expanding needs of clients and advisors, Dimensional looks to create innovative learning experiences. This year, the firm combined its popular CMO Forum and Media Summit, providing chief marketing officers and other wealth management leaders an opportunity to connect.
Conference attendees experimented with cutting-edge voice marketing technologies in workshops, collaborated during roundtable discussions, and gained insight into Dimensional’s approach to marketing trends through a series of leadership talks. They also participated in a Shark Tank-style exercise to pressure-test ideas they are exploring.
A panel of financial advice innovators led a conversation on the future of marketing and media. The panelists discussed how to build advisor and investor communities, scale impactful ideas with a lean team, and establish trust with clients digitally and in person.
“It’s like growing an orchard,” one participant said of building financial communities. “It’s a lot of hard work. It takes time to mature. But, when it does, it’s an incredible way to empower investors.”
“We are taking a stand that investors are better off with professional help,” Dolan said. “There's a better way to think about investing and a community of wealth managers who are helping to transform financial lives.”
As the wealth management space evolves, Dimensional will continue to bring together industry marketing and media leaders to learn from one another and collaborate on innovative marketing strategies.
