Jason Lapping

Jason Lapping is Head of International Equity Trading at Dimensional, leading a global team of 12 traders based in Sydney, Singapore and London. He oversees trade strategy and operations across Dimensional’s international trading desks.

Jason manages Dimensional’s trading systems and processes and coordinates trading operations in support of the firm’s diverse range of equity strategies. He also serves on Dimensional’s Global Best Execution Committee, a governing body that oversees trading quality and compliance with best execution standards.

Jason has more than 30 years of industry experience. He joined Dimensional in 2010 and brings deep expertise across foreign exchange, equity and derivatives markets globally. Prior to Dimensional, Jason spent 14 years at Société Générale, working in London, Paris, Hong Kong and Australia where he led divisions in the equity derivatives department.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Social Science (economics) from the University of Cape Town.
