Bryce Skaff Named Head of US Financial Advisor Services, Joining Mark Gochnour, Head of International Financial Advisor Services
Dimensional has announced that Bryce Skaff was named Head of US Financial Advisor Services, joining Mark Gochnour, Head of International Financial Advisor Services. Dave Butler, Co-CEO, remains Head of Global Financial Advisor Services. Skaff and Gochnour will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business, which is focused on working with Dimensional’s advisor relationships to help them deliver the best client experience for investors.
Skaff and Gochnour joined Dimensional in 1998 and have been actively engaged within the advisor community and instrumental in helping grow and support the firm’s advisor business.

Skaff has held multiple roles within the FAS group and has worked closely with Dimensional’s largest clients. In addition to leading the firm’s US advisor business, Skaff will continue to oversee the team that works with the firm’s largest US-based advisory firms.

Gochnour took over leading the international advisor business earlier this year. He will continue to manage this area, in addition to overseeing the operations, communications, and practice management offering of the global FAS business.

Skaff and Gochnour also lead the firm’s US and Global Strategy Groups, which provide strategic direction for FAS.

Skaff oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the US FAS business, which includes business development, client services, and general operations. He also leads the team that works with the firm’s largest US-based FAS clients. The team helps firms to effectively service clients and deploy robust investment solutions. Skaff also leads the firm’s US and Global Strategy Groups, where he helps provide strategic direction for FAS.
Prior to joining Dimensional, he traded mortgage-backed securities for Provident Funding. A CFA® charterholder, Skaff joined Dimensional in 1998. He obtained an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in finance from Santa Clara University.
Mark Gochnour, CFA–Head of International Financial Advisor Services
Gochnour oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the International FAS business, which includes business development, client services, and general operations. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has held a variety of client-facing and management roles within the FAS group. Gochnour also leads the firm’s US and Global Strategy Groups, where he helps provide strategic direction for FAS. Gochnour is also a frequent speaker at conferences and advisor events.
A CFA® charterholder with experience in financial reporting and analysis, Gochnour worked as a financial analyst with Allied Signal prior to joining Dimensional. He earned a BS in accounting from Oral Roberts University.
